Refillable Lip Balm Holding Smartphone Grip

In 2019 Tzumi Electronics decided to expand their popular fashion line of smartphone grips, Nuckees Trends. A concept was brought to me for an all plastic grip filled with lip balm, meant to be disposed of every few weeks. I found this design unacceptable, so I designed a more permanent grip utilizing less plastic, with a magnetic tray to hold the lip balm. This had the added value of enabling the sale of refills, which helped convince management to forgo the plastic design.
