Fold Fan is an energy-saving smart device disguised as a hanging luminaire.

Many renters wish they could have ceiling fans but are forbidden by their leases. Fold Fan is a lightweight fan that can hang from an allowable swag hook that doubles as an attractive luminaire. It uses a whisper quiet centrifugal fan located in the top housing to draw air UP through the shade and push it out along the ceiling. This evens the temperature out in the room, making its occupants comfortable without a draft. Plus, it is just as beneficial to run in the winter as in the summer!
